Documentation

MOU documents are executed in 2 weeks time from the date of credit of 100% funds with the Company to ensure clear terms & conditions are met with. .

Assets or Postdated Cheque

Investors can choose between a 7-year postdated cheque or real estate assets as part of their return. This provides flexibility & security.

No Early Withdrawal / Exit

A 7-year lock-in period is implemented to allow for optimal growth & ensures long-term commitment to the investment.

    Company commits to honoring Property cum Payments at 7- years maturity. Except in cases of Pandemics, Wars, Floods, Earthquakes, Storms, Etc. Force Majoure, situations in India. Then time of Return of Property cum Payments will automatically be 10 years instead of 07 years from the date of Credit of 100% Investment with Company.
  • Increased Returns for Extended Time

    Expert team ensures timely execution of investment strategy but Incase of extension of investment term period from 07 years to 10 years the profit amount will also be increased from 100 % to 142 % by the Company to be returned on maturity to the investors.
